Article 26.1 of Law 11/2007, of 22 June, on electronic access to public services for citizens states that:

"electronic registries shall, for the purposes of calculating the terms applied to interested parties and the Public Administrations, use the official date and time of the access website, which has the necessary security measures to ensure its integrity and visibility.”

Therefore, Article 6.2j) of Royal Decree 1671/2009, of 6 November 2009, which partially develops said Law, establishes that the websites shall indicate the official date and time provided for in Article 26.1 of Law 11/2007.

In compliance with both provisions, the official date and time of the website of the Official State Gazette Agency is provided.

It is necessary to update them when seeking certainty at a given moment.
